106 Bar & Brasserie Our new 106 Bar & Brasserie provides a fresh, relaxed and welcoming environment and offers both a small and big plates menu that includes a large selection of tapas style dishes. The 'big plates' menu has something for everyone from the house '106 Burger' to Scottish rib-eye steak cooked to order, with thick cut chips and béarnaise sauce. Highlights of the small plates menu include toasted garlic bread with fresh plum tomatoes, Tempura prawns with spicy salsa dip and a lobster tart with rocket salad - perfect for sharing with friends while enjoing the famous Brighton sunset on our sea-facing terrace with a freshly prepared cocktail. The Lo Lounge The Lo Lounge is our new stylish and sophisticated late-night lounge bar & club situated below the recently opened 106 Bar & Brasserie. Open until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, the club serves up delectable cocktails, cool tunes and funky beats. Preferential entry rates apply for hotel guests. Windsor Restaurant The recently refurbished Windsor Restaurant, is still as grand as it was when the hotel was built over 100 years ago. With its magnificent ornate ceiling and large picture windows offering spectacular uninterrupted sea views, the Windsor provides a wonderful backdrop to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. An impressive contemporary Table D'Hote and seasonal A La Carte menu is available lunchtime and evenings.
