The bar is lined with an extravagant display of liquors encouraging guests to choose any drink imaginable. Henry J.Beans also offers a wide selection of classic American dishes. Food served Monday to Saturday 12.00 noon until 20.00. The Caley Bar The Caley Bar is our residents and public bar located at the front of the hotel. A fantastic venue to meet friends for a drink or for a light bite to eat, or perhaps you'd like to try one of over 100 international whiskies that are available. The Bar is open until 1am to the public and then for hotel residents only. Chisholms Restaurant Our Chisholms Restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and serves a variety of International brasserie style cuisine. Uniquely, Chisholms incorporates the original architecture of the former Caledonian Railway Station. The Pompadour Our Pompadour Restaurant offers the perfect blend of Scottish and International cuisine. With attentive staff and an extensive wine list, the Pompadour Restaurant is an ideal setting for all occasions from a business lunch to a celebration dinner. The panoramas over Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle are simply breathtaking, this is undoubtedly a room with a view. Our menus change on a weekly and seasonal basis. |
